This kit qualifies for Old Time Rubber, Flying Aces Club Fiction Fighter (contest sponsored by Easy Built Models), and Society of Antique Modelers (SAM) events. This model was designed by Roger F. Parkhill of the Air Corps Technical School, and originally published in the April, 1940 Flying Aces magazine.
This free flight rubber powered kit contains a full-size rolled CAD drawn plan, laser cut balsa parts, hand-picked balsa strip wood, FAI rubber motor, Peck propeller, EBM thrust bearing, clear plastic, balsa wheel blanks, Easy Built Lite tissue in silver, and TissueCal™ markings. To build this model you will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, and glue.
