P-36 Hawk 75A
Although the Hawk, also known as the P-36, saw very little combat in American hands, this fighter was to see quite a bit of combat in foreign hands. In fact, it is one of the few military aircraft actually to see combat on both sides during the Second World War. The largest foreign operator of the Hawk was the Armee de l'Air, the French Air Force.
This kit is a 1:13 scale flying model, a vintage 1940 design by Ron Clarke, updated plans Pre-1942 design, eligible for Society of Antique Modelers (SAM) contests.
This free flight rubber powered kit contains a full-size rolled plan, hand-picked printed balsa and balsa stripwood, rubber motor, 12" EB propeller, EBM thrust bearing, clear plastic, vacuum-molded canopy, wheels, landing gear wire, TissueCal™ markings, and Easy Built Lite tissue in olive and light grey. To build this model you will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, and glue.
